If I Permanently Delete Google Photos would It Be Safe On Cloud Storage?

If you permanently delete photos from your Google Photos app or account, they will also be removed from your cloud storage. Here are a few important points to consider:


1. Backup: 

Before permanently deleting any photos, it's crucial to ensure that you have a backup of them if you want to keep them. Once photos are deleted from Google Photos, they cannot be recovered.

2. Syncing:

 Google Photos offers the option to sync photos and videos between your device and the cloud. If you delete them from your phone or the Google Photos app, they will be removed from both your device and the cloud.

3. Trash: 

Deleted photos are initially moved to the Trash folder in Google Photos. They will remain there for 60 days before being automatically deleted. During this period, you can still restore them if needed.

4. Permanent deletion: 

If you empty the Trash folder or manually select and permanently delete photos, they will be permanently removed from your cloud storage and cannot be recovered.
